Online Payments
To set up recurring automatic payments with no fee, simply complete our Automatic Payment Authorization form and return it to the credit union.
- Payments can only be made to a Freedom Credit Union Consumer Loan, Mortgage, or Home Equity Loan.
- Payments made outside business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be effective the next business day.
- Payments are effective only after the transaction has been validated.
- Disputed transactions will result in payment reversal from your loan and may incur additional fees (refer to your loan agreement for details).
- Please retain a copy of the receipt page or email as proof of your approved transaction.
Card App
Our Card App keeps you informed with real-time notifications for every card transaction. Additionally, you can set spending limits, control where your card can be used, toggle your card on or off, and much more.
