Program Highlights:

• Referrer Reward: $100 for each successful referral (up to 5 referrals; $500 maximum).
• Referred Reward: $100 after meeting account qualifications.
• Campaign Duration: March 19 through June 30, 2026.

Program Details & Eligibility

For the Referred Member

To earn the $100 reward, the referred individual must:

1. Become a Member of Freedom Credit Union:
   • Open a base shares (savings) account with a minimum deposit of:
     • $25 for an account with an ExLOC
     • $100 for an account without ExLOC
2. Membership is available to anyone living in Utah County or who is a family member of a current member.
3. Open a Rewards Checking Account (Cash Back or High Yield):
   • Minimum opening deposit of $5
   • Minimum balance requirement of $0
   • Meet the following qualifications for two consecutive months within 120 days of account opening:
     • At least one direct deposit, ACH payment, or bill pay transaction.
     • At least 12 debit card purchases.
     • Enrollment in and agreement to receive e-statements.

For the Referrer

• Must be a current member in good standing with Freedom Credit Union.
• Can refer up to five (5) new members during the campaign period.
• The $100 reward will be deposited into the referrer’s account after the referred member completes all required qualifications.
• The member’s referral link will be sent via email within the first month of them becoming a member.

Terms and Conditions

1. Referral Rewards:
   • The $100 reward for both the referrer and referred will be deposited within 30 days after qualifications are met.
   • Referrers may earn a maximum of $500 in referral rewards during the program period.
2. Program Duration: The referral program is valid between March 16, 2026 and June 30, 2026.
3. Tax Implications: Rewards for new members will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT if cumulative rewards exceed $10 annually. Consult a tax advisor for more information.
4. Good Standing Requirement: Referrers must be current members in good standing to qualify.
5. Membership Eligibility: Only individuals living in Utah County or family members of current members are eligible to join Freedom Credit Union.
6. Additional Restrictions:
   • Employees, board members, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
   • Fraudulent activity (duplicate accounts, falsified referrals) will result in disqualification.
7. Program Changes: Freedom Credit Union reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
